About the project:

The Katy is a luxury high rise apartment building in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Building owners wanted to give their dog-owning residents a clean and green space where their dogs could play and do their business. The ForeverLawn Texas team worked with the project heads to design a stunning rooftop space surfaced with K9Grass® synthetic turf by ForeverLawn® for a fully drainable and soft, lush space for dogs. Unlike other types of artificial grass, K9Grass synthetic turf provides a comprehensive solution that works in areas you would otherwise not be able to have grass, like on a rooftop!
